Case Report of end to end Anastomosis of Common Bile Duck

Abstract
Complications after biliary tract Surgery are much described in literatures, never the less, Common bile duct injury during operation is infrequently encountered in our Hospital in auther¢¥s experiences.
A 25 years old male was admitted with chief complaints of fever, chillness, severe right upper abdominal pain, and palpable tender fist-sized mass.
Under the diagnosis of empyema gall bladder, chohecystectomy was performed under the general anesthesia.
Injury in common bile duct during surgery was occurred, which was treated by resection and end-to-end anastomosis after mobililization, and we can get satistactory result.
